A Paris Travel Guide

Paris is known as one of the most romantic cities in the world and with good reason. It is bursting with beautiful architecture, gorgeous restaurants and intimate boutique hotels. All of these combined make Paris the perfect place for a romantic getaway.

The most popular tourist attraction in Paris is the Eiffel Tower, it costs around 8 Euros per person and the lifts run until around midnight, giving people a chance to see the lights of Paris. The Eiffel Tower is also one of the most popular romantic attractions as numerous depths of people suggest to their partners while taking in the breath taking views or eating at one of the two restaurants located in the Eiffel Tower. The first floor restaurant, 58 Tour Eiffel, is very family friendly in the day, but come evening and it is converted into a brassiere restaurant, whereas Le Jules Verne on the second floor offers elegant French cuisine.

Another must visit attraction is the Louvre, if only for the stunning piece of architecture that is the Louvre Pyramid. However, the Louvre does have much more to offer, including the most famous masterpieces from Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa to Veronese's Wedding feast at Cana. One of the best things to do in the evening is to go and see Le Moulin Rouge, this is one of the most famous shows in the world and provides some great entertainment! If you'd prefer to have a more relaxed evening then why not try a night cruise down the Seine River, this is one of the most romantic tours that Paris offers giving you the opportunity to see some of the great sights at night, including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Notre-Dame cathedral.
